Wildsmith began with a walk in the Heckfield Estate arboretum. Planted by pioneering horticulturist, William Walker Wildsmith, in the 19th Century.

William's experimentation, innovation and radical approach were the key to the advances of botany in the 19th century.

Wildsmith work closely with their partners to ensure sustainable production practices, their products are made in England, in small batches.
